NMR Vision Plan
The NMR Vision plan is a Multiple Employer Trust Plan through Vision Service Plans. The plan was established in 1992 and has been very stable.
The billing administration for this plan will be done by NMR starting 1/1/2012.
New Business should be mailed to our PO Box.
Add and Terms for existing business should be faxed or emailed.
