HRA Plans Still Great Option For Groups
HRA Plans continue to be a great options for employers the potential to save and/or control the cost of Employee Benefit dollars.
- Employers can still sponsor an HRA as long as;
- the plan is a Bridge, Limited or Comprehensive plans are available as long a eligibility is tied to an ACA compliant group health insurance plan.
- the plan is a Limited plans that cover Dental and Vision only expenses
- Indemnity plans are OK (i.e. Hospital Indemnity)
